Paul Merriman is a nationally recognized expert on index funds, buy-and-hold strategies, and asset allocation. He is the founder of Merriman Wealth Management, a Seattle-based investment advisory firm. Now retired, Merriman is dedicated to educating investors. He is the author of seven books, including Financial Fitness Forever, and a speaker for Business Academy at Seattle Study Club. He is a regular columnist on Marketwatch.com and produces a weekly podcast at paulmerriman.com. Merriman’s website has over 400 articles and podcasts as well as mutual fund and ETF portfolios at Vanguard, Fidelity, and Schwab. In 2012, he launched the Merriman Financial Education Foundation.
